Data audit log · public ledger
Every holdings change, on the record.
The full reconciliation history for every corporate, ETF, and government entity we track. Each row is a real write — sponsor NAV update, SEC filing ingest, operator correction backed by primary source — timestamped and auditable in the open. This is the data-integrity standard nobody else publishes.

How this log is populated. Every row is written by a database trigger on theholdingstable — there is no manual edit path. Sources include the SEC EDGAR ingest (sec-pollingevery 5 min), sponsor-direct NAV refreshes (sponsor-direct-flowsdaily), cross-reference auto-heal vs bitbo.io / CoinGecko (data-confidenceevery 6h), and operator corrections backed by primary-source citation. Each write is reviewable in our internal change-review tooling before the daily reconciliation report goes out.
What's missing. Rows that updated total_cost_usd without changing amount aren't logged here (the trigger watches the unit count, not the dollar value). For full cost-basis history, see the per-entity page → “Treasury activity” tab.
