How does data quality compare to bitcointreasuries.net or Glassnode?
Both source from public filings and aggregator imports. We read individual purchases out of the quarterly and annual reports themselves — the line-by-line buys other tools miss because they only watch the headline holdings number. We also publish a daily integrity check: the buys and sells we record add up to current holdings for every entity, checked against the underlying filings. Neither competitor publishes that check. Side-by-side comparison available on request.
Do you sign DPAs and MSAs?
Yes. Standard MSA + DPA available; we negotiate redlines on Enterprise contracts. Net-30 invoicing standard for annual commitments.
What licensing does the data carry?
API Pro grants single-app commercial-use rights — embed our data inside your own product. Team grants 5-seat internal use. Enterprise contracts negotiate redistribution rights on a per-customer basis (B2B reseller, multi-tenant SaaS, etc.).
What's the SLA?
Team: 99.9% uptime with service credits per the signed MSA. Enterprise: custom up to 99.99% with credits scaling to fee value, defined in the contract. Incident reports are shared with subscribers within 24 hours of resolution.
How do you handle data freshness?
SEC filings checked every 5 minutes. Press-release checks every 15 minutes. ETF daily flows pulled overnight after fund administrators publish. Aggregator cross-checks (CoinGecko, bitbo) run daily. On-chain balances read directly from the blockchain hourly for personal-stack addresses; corporate wallet attribution and government-disclosure checks run nightly. Do you offer historical data?
Yes. Per-event purchase ledger goes back to August 2020 (Strategy's first BTC buy). Bulk-export endpoint returns the full historical record in CSV or NDJSON. Enterprise customers can subscribe to nightly incremental deltas.
