Both source from public filings + aggregator imports. We layer AI-based per-event extraction on top of regex parsing, which catches per-purchase deltas in 10-Q / 10-K bodies the regex tools miss. Our reconciliation invariant guarantees that the sum of recorded events equals current holdings for every entity — neither competitor publishes that integrity check publicly. Do you sign DPAs and MSAs?▾
Yes. Standard MSA + DPA available; we negotiate redlines on Enterprise contracts. Net-30 invoicing standard for annual commitments.
What licensing does the data carry?▾
API Pro grants single-app commercial-use rights — embed our data inside your own product. Team grants 5-seat internal use. Enterprise contracts negotiate redistribution rights on a per-customer basis (B2B reseller, multi-tenant SaaS, etc.).
What's the SLA?▾
Team: 99.9% uptime, $50 service credit per hour over the threshold up to 100% of monthly fee. Enterprise: custom up to 99.99%, with credits scaling to fee value. Status page at status.corpstacking.com tracks live availability.
How do you handle data freshness?▾
SEC EDGAR polling every 5 minutes. CoinGecko and aggregator refresh every 15 minutes. Press-release ingestion and on-chain mirrors hourly. The full pipeline is documented at /data-coverage.
Do you offer historical data?▾
Yes. Per-event purchase ledger goes back to August 2020 (Strategy's first BTC buy). Bulk-export endpoint returns the full historical record in CSV or NDJSON. Enterprise customers can subscribe to nightly incremental deltas.
