Accuracy is verified, not asserted
We run a daily cross-check job against bitbo.io (the longstanding community reference). Divergences above a 0.5% threshold are flagged in the weekly snapshot and logged to our public status page. The data is warranted as best-effort — not for trading — and the Master Data License Agreement specifies the exact scope of reliance.
Licensees get a quarterly audit report alongside their snapshot: which entities drifted, what was corrected, and why.
Frequently asked
How is this different from the API Pro tier?+
API Pro ($49/mo) is single-app commercial — one developer, one product, 50k requests/month. A data license is for teams that need redistribution rights, unlimited quota, SLAs, and a named contract. Licenses are annual; API Pro is month-to-month.
Can we republish the data in our client reports?+
Research License: internal research only. Data Feed and Enterprise: yes, with attribution ("Data via CorpStacking"). The MDLA spells out the exact permitted-use language.
How often is the data refreshed?+
Purchases are detected within ~5 minutes of SEC filing. Price data refreshes every 10 minutes. Holdings snapshots roll nightly. Research License recipients get a Monday AM snapshot; Data Feed subscribers get daily drops + real-time API.
What's the onboarding path?+
Request access → 15-min Zoom demo with screen-share of the dashboard + sample CSV → DocuSign the MDLA → invoiced annually (or quarterly for Enterprise). No procurement theater; most deals close in under a week.
Can we scope a custom cut?+
Enterprise tier only. Typical custom work: entity-type filters, jurisdiction cuts, historical backfills to a specific date, additional data sources on request.
Ready to integrate?
We'll set up a 15-minute call, walk the data, and get you a sample CSV the same day. If it fits, we sign the MDLA and you're receiving the first snapshot by next Monday.
