Enlivex raises $400M private placement, accepts crypto funding

Enlivex announced a $400 million private placement of ordinary shares at $5.00–$6.00 per share, depending on funding currency. The investor elected to fund using RAIN tokens. Net proceeds will support Enlivex's treasury strategy tied to the Rain protocol on Arbitrum.
