Features
Built for the people watching every filing.
Minutes-fast alerts
New SEC filings reach your inbox or phone in under 10 minutes. We track every disclosure the moment it’s public, so you read about a corporate move before it hits the news cycle.
Six channels, one inbox
Email, Push, and Telegram free. Slack, Discord, and secure webhooks on Pro. Set a size threshold per company so you only hear what matters — Telegram connects in 10 seconds, no phone number required.
Treasury Signals feed
Every SEC purchase, sale, capital raise, exec change, and ETF milestone in one feed. SEC-derived signals are free; Pro+ unlocks wire news from BusinessWire / GlobeNewswire and the daily Treasury Changes email.
Treasuries+ — BTC, ETH, SOL
Every BTC entity plus ETH and SOL treasury companies, spot-ETF flows, and on-chain watch addresses. mNAV, sats/share, and 278+ entities across three chains, one dataset.
AI analyst with citations
Ask anything in plain English: widest mNAV spreads, who bought BTC this week, MSTR vs Metaplanet cost bases. The analyst pulls live rows from the dataset and cites every number it returns. 1,500 queries a month.
Market terminal
Live prices for 12 tokens in a dense terminal layout. Corporate BTC holdings refresh the moment we parse the filing.
Shareable watchlists
Publish your tracked treasuries at corpstacking.com/u/<handle>. Visitors see the entities you follow with one-tap signup. Bookmarks for analysts, sharable lists for newsletter writers.
My Stack — track your own holdings
Your portfolio next to the corporate leaderboard. Paste any public BTC, ETH, or SOL address (read-only — we never accept private keys) and your total value tracks live alongside a per-token breakdown. Manual purchase logging, CSV import, and tax reporting are on the roadmap.
Try the live demo →Audited data, every row
Every purchase links back to its source: the SEC filing, the press release, or the on-chain transaction. A nightly check compares the moves we’ve recorded against each company’s disclosed holdings. If something doesn’t add up, it doesn’t ship.

How it works
Disclosure lands
We watch every SEC filing as it lands, plus the major newswires and on-chain wallet activity. The moment a company, ETF, or government discloses a Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana move, we see it.
Verified against holdings
We pull out the numbers that matter — what was bought or sold, how much, at what price, and where to find the source document. A nightly check compares every move against the company’s own disclosed holdings. If something doesn’t add up, it doesn’t ship.
Delivered in minutes
Alerts land in your inbox, phone, or chat — email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, push, or a secure webhook into your own system. Most reach you within ten minutes of the filing. Set a size threshold per company so the small stuff stays out of the way.
How we compare
The only feed that watches all three.
We marked every row honestly. Where Bitcoin Treasuries or WhaleWisdom genuinely cover a feature, we said so — there's no point gaslighting a finance team about a tool they already use.
Pro+ feature
Ask the dataset.
Get cited answers.
A chat that answers in plain English using live data — every company, every purchase, every metric. No hallucinated numbers. Every answer cites the row it came from.
Companies, purchases, analyst metrics, and signals — all queried live mid-conversation, not summarized from a stale snapshot.
Every number links back to the row it came from. Hallucinated dollar figures are the failure mode we engineered out.
Included with Pro+ ($19/mo). API Pro adds the same quota plus a developer-grade surface for AI-agent workflows.
Track your own stack alongside the leaderboard.
Your portfolio next to the corporate leaderboard. Paste any public BTC, ETH, or SOL address (read-only — we never accept private keys) and your total value tracks live alongside a per-token breakdown. Manual purchase logging, CSV import, and tax reporting are on the roadmap.

From the founder
Why I built CorpStacking.
I started tracking corporate Bitcoin treasuries the same way every analyst I know did: refreshing bitbo, screenshotting holdings tables, opening the SEC filing whenever a number looked off. The numbers often looked off.
Existing trackers do one job. They show you a list. They don't tell you when the list changed, they don't reconcile individual purchases against current holdings, and they don't cite the filing the row came from. For a casual reader that's fine. For a fund analyst writing a memo, an ETF issuer building a comp deck, or a desk underwriting an mNAV trade, it isn't.
CorpStacking is what I wished existed. Every purchase links back to its source — the SEC filing, the press release, or the on-chain transaction. A nightly check compares the buys we've recorded against the holdings each company has disclosed. If something doesn't add up, I see it before anyone else does.
The product covers BTC, ETH, and SOL because the corporate-treasury story stopped being Bitcoin-only in 2024. It's free for casual readers and priced for funds, desks, and resellers who need the audit trail.
If something on the platform is wrong, email me directly: [email protected]. I read every message and I fix the data the same week. That commitment is the product.

FAQ
Common questions
How is this different from CoinGecko or Bitcointreasuries.net?
CoinGecko shows token prices; Bitcointreasuries.net is a static holdings list. CorpStacking reads the *changes* — buys, sales, pauses, pivots, capital raises — across BTC, ETH, and SOL in one feed. When a public company files a Bitcoin disclosure with the SEC, we typically read it and notify you across Email, Telegram, Push, Slack, Discord, or webhook within minutes. The questions other trackers can't answer: who paused buying, who's pivoting from BTC to ETH, which BTC-primary company just started a SOL position. Pro+ extends the same alerts to Ethereum and Solana treasury companies, ETH spot ETF daily flows, and on-chain watch addresses with live balances. Every row links back to its source filing so the numbers are auditable, not aggregated from a third party.
How fast are the alerts and how do they work?
New SEC filings reach your inbox or phone in under 10 minutes — typically faster. We track new disclosures continuously, read the filing for token amounts and dollar values, and send the alert across the channels you’ve enabled. Set per-subscription thresholds (e.g. only buys over 100 BTC) so you only hear about purchases that matter to you. If a filing is slow to post or doesn’t match a familiar format, we flag it in your audit log rather than skip it silently.
What’s the difference between Free, Pro, and Pro+?
Free forever: 3 alert subscriptions, Email + Push + Telegram, last 10 purchases per company, and the live market terminal — no credit card. Pro ($9/mo) unlocks unlimited subscriptions, all 6 channels (Slack / Discord / webhook on top of Email + Push + Telegram), full purchase history, custom alert thresholds, CSV/JSON export, and read-only API access (1k req/mo). Pro+ ($19/mo) adds Treasuries+ — ETH & SOL treasury companies, spot-ETF flows, on-chain watch addresses across all three chains — plus the AI analyst (1,500 cited queries/mo with live tool access), analyst metrics (mNAV, sats/share, %Mcap, debt-to-token), a 10k API quota, priority alert delivery, and early access to new features. Annual billing saves up to 35%. Full side-by-side at /#pricing.
Where does the data come from?
Public SEC filings for US-listed companies, equivalent regulatory filings for international entities (Japan FSA, etc.), public ETF disclosures for daily fund flows, and live on-chain reads for watch-only wallet addresses. Every purchase links back to its source filing so you can audit the numbers yourself.
Can I cancel anytime? Refund policy?
Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Plan; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion (full terms at /legal/terms). If we materially change pricing, the unused portion of a paid-in-advance period is refundable on request.
Is there an API or developer tier?
Yes — pull treasury stats, the full company list, the activity feed, live market data, signals, or a full CSV/JSON export from your own scripts and dashboards. Pro gets 1,000 requests/mo, Pro+ gets 10,000 (including multi-asset Treasuries+ data), and API Pro ($499/mo) adds 500,000 requests/mo, signed webhook delivery, bulk export, and a single-app commercial license — built for fund analysts, trading desks, and product teams. Team adds 5 seats and a 1M quota; Enterprise unlocks unmetered usage with redistribution rights. Full docs at /api-docs.
